It is hard to imagine Indiana coming close to those Akron teams. 2010 had 12 players that went on to play in MLS. MLS was a different league at that time and 2-3 of those guys likely wouldn't get a shot now, but still team had Nagbe, Kitchen, Caldwell, Mattocks, Valentine who are all still in the league. Plus Sarkodie and Korb who played over 100 games in MLS. Indiana has Gutman, Dorsey, Muse and Rennicks who look like MLS type prospects plus Maher. Doubt you will see any team come close to Akron at this point because college is becoming less and less a pipeline to levels above USL.
Yeah, we've probably seen the last of NCAA rosters like those. Just too hard to get so many top talents at one college team at one time these days.
Maybe not surprisingly, Santi Patino was apparently of interest to Orlando City as a possible HG after the 2017 college season. Apparently there was a challenge to his eligibility, so he's in the draft. https://www.prosoccerusa.com/mls/orlando-city-sc/mls-player-combine-santiago-patino/
For fun I'll just note that Rade transferred to D2 Wisconsin-Parkside and was second in goals nationally, across all NCAA levels, this season with 24 as a junior.
