17 yr old GK Diego Restrepo. But we all know he can't be signed by them until he's 18 even if they wanted to.
I don't think Restropo is in their short term plans (knew about him, I think this is definitely training with the youth team, isn't it?) but I will be surprised if Reading don't sign another american this summer. They've had good luck thus far, and they're looking hard.
Well, since they ALSO can't sign him unless he can get a WP, I suspect he has a UEFA passport, thus bypassing both hurdles.

Unless he's already under a pro contract in the US or another country other than England, they can sign him - Particularly into any Youth program or academy if they have one
