Dude was flying on that save, and that's just something I don't think we'll ever see Courtous do.

How good is Lunin with his feet? both Courtois and Navas are donkeys with the ball and ball playing GKs seem to be the norm now for top teams.

Navas and Courtois are not on the same level as each other when it comes to passing with their feet. Navas is at least able to play passes to the full backs on most occasions, obviously he’s no Neuer/Ter Stegen/Ederson etc but Courtouis is another level of useless with his feet.

I want my keeper to be able to keep the ball out of the net more often than not first and foremost, how good is Oblak with the ball at his feet, anyone ever checked?, probably not because he’s excellent at what the keeper should be good at , making saves, ball playing skills is a bonus

Yea Courtois is a little worst at it, I hope Lunin will be an upgrade in that department, too many times we gift possession to the opponent because our GKs cant pick a pass to save their lives.

Obviously making saves is the number one criteria but having that bonus does help greatly, especially if your opponent likes to press high up. How many times have we watched Navas and Courtois just gift possession to our opponent which then piles the pressure on us? to each his own though.

I'm taking about passing specifically, i havent seen him do that very well.

Lahm, Schweinsteiger, Hummels, Kroos, Müller, Alaba all came out of the Bayern academy. But you are right, Müller and Alaba were the last - and only Schweinsteiger and Lahm did not go on loan. (Kroos and Alaba came to Bayern with 15/16)

That is why Bayern has invested big into their academy. With the hope that more will come in the future. But you cannot plan the success.

He's been excellent lately. I hope Zidane gives him an opportunity to prove himself.

Ödegaard won't be a starter if he returns to Real Madrid...

It's best for him to stay where he are now or joining Ajax (if they still want him).

Zidane had him on the bench in Castilla, don't see how he would make it in the first team.

No man f*ck Ajax. They only want to buy him and why would we sell him now? He’s still 20 years old. The best step for him is a loan to a La Liga team. After that we’ll see if he’s ready or not.

I also love how they sell De Jong for 80 mil but only want to pay 20 for Odegaard lol.

He was a starter for Zidane in Castilla. He came on as a sub at first but eventually he started every game when available.

20 million for Ødegaard is peanuts in today's market. Ajax can GTFO. He should spend another year on loan at a decent La Liga side (ideally one that plays in the Europa League/Champions League).

Odegaard should be brought back and loaned to a La Liga side (Betis would be fantastic). Nothing he can learn in the Netherlands. If he goes to Ajax, he can only fail there as he'd have to replace Ziyech in the team (arguably their best player). If for some reason he doesn't, they'd get close to the 86ME they got for De Jong, because Odegaard is simply more talented. Next stop should be La Liga, no doubt!

The only way i send Odegard to Ajax for 20M is if in return they send De Ligt to Madrid.

He is ready to come home next season, but i want us to convert him into a CM, he has goals, great vision and nice passing range not to mention he is good on the ball, he can be our very own De Bruyne.
