Yup notice that. Holy crap he is 6'5!!!! Just googled it as Sanchez looks tall too

Think Mina didn't get called because he's been injured. Even Aguilar seemed very good against Nigeria total beast till he got hurt. We just really need wingbacks as back ups. Who is the 2nd string LB?

Barcelona interest is back. 9 million.

    http://www.antena2.com.co/colombianos-en-el-exterior/noticias/barcelona-gusta-mucho-el-colombian

This kid played very well against paraguay. He helps big time in the aerial game which has been a weakness as of late. I'm curious to see how he does a against a quicker and more technical side but I was very impressed. Brazilian fans of Palmeiras seem to like hm very much as well

I remember him being super slow when he was at Santa Fe. If we have a quick partner it will help him greatly tho our wingbacks aren't super defensive and don't track back as quick as Armero/Zuniga use to

I really like this kid since I saw him at Santa Fe. Sucks Meza turned to shit when landing in Mexico.

Glad Santa Fe kept 20% of his future transfer

This guy is quality. Some tackles he made during the game against Paraguay were class. I didn't like how he played during the Olympics but last match he gave me some relief at the back along with Murillo who also played well. I hope he makes the jump to Europe soon, he's ready. The confidence he shows when he plays and in training gives him an edge to succeed anywhere.

He did not play in the Olympics (he was injured). He played in the Olympic playoff against USA.

He has always been a weapon in the air.
For Santa Fe, Palmeiras and now for the National team.

If he continues to start (which looks more and more likely now) Pekerman needs to focus on drawing up plays in training sessions to get him the ball as much as possible. It will pay off and help us in the long run against teams that are much smaller and seem to fall asleep on set pieces (Chile for instance in our next match.)

A mí oscar me parece torpe a veces.

prefer he goes a team he will start. Think Barca/Real are political. They also want to sell shirts more then the product they put out there.

Barca does not have any good defenders though. Thy had to make Masche into a CB for Pete's sake.
If there is any place Mina could climb the ladder quickly to play at CB it is Barca in my book.
