At first I thought it was Jorge Campos.

My bad I read "Local area soccer fans may be interested to know that UNC Tar Heel and Raleigh Elite keeper Justin Hughes spent the morning training alongside Tim Howard and Marcus Hahnemann at the USMNT Training camp. http://www.trisoccerfan.com/index.php?itemid=135" to mean that he was still in college. It's still a bit early on a monday for me.

Has Kurt Onalfo lost weight? There was one picture of a guy in a yellow top(next to the two in a row of McBride) that I couldn't identify.

Relax. I just meant that Keller isnt there yet. No one in there right mind would think that this guy is replacing Keller. He's just there to help out during camp, especialy until Keller gets back.

Ford was the #1 at UNC, Raleigh Elite PDL (nee CASL Elite), and his age group nats until Justin came along. Ford lost all three spots fairly quickly.

The pictures of the guys with the football are quite funny. Marcus would have to be my QB, Pope, McBride, and Gibbs my WRs, Gooch my TE, Ching/Howard my FBs blocking for Beasley, who we know takes hits and bounces right up or right off someone. Now if we just had Meola is camp, he'd be a hell of a lineman.

McBride and Boca are the only two who show proper throwing form.

Heart monitors. The training staff has some crazy software to monitor the players heart rates etc. over the course of training. They will wear them in scrimmage games to monitor heart rates thru the course of 90 minutes.

That would be a heart rate monitor. BTW, is JOB even taking part in any of the scrimmages?

Boca did play HS football, so surprise there. As to McBride what can't he do? He'd be the one I'd throw in goal if, Heaven forbid, Keller gets sent off and we've used all 3 subs.

Is there a story behind Convey's preference for long sleeves? Does he have tattoos or something?

EDIT -- OK, now I see others where he has short sleeves. But he does wear long ones fairly often, yes?

Well yes. If you played in England all winter, you would be prone to try long sleeves as well.
