Folarin Balogun called up to England U18s for matches against Sweden and the Czech Republic to be played next week.
Atlanta United academy keeper Vicente Reyes, who was called to the US U16s in March, is currently in goal for Chile U17s against the US U17s. Before the March US callup he was with Chile, and before that he was with the US.
I Googled three names in a row from Chile's lineup and they were all '02s, so I assume this is an '02 team that Reyes is playing up a year with. Perhaps Chile is poor in terms of young keepers which makes them an attractive option for Reyes. Just looking at their senior team, they're calling up someone from mid-table English League Two who is about to turn 25. The US depth isn't nearly as bad as that.

#U20 | This is it! 🙌🏼 Head Coach @DIRADE_81 has chosen his squad for the upcoming @Concacaf U-20 Championship, which will give slots for the U-20 @FIFAWorldCup in 🇵🇱!!¡Vamos México! 💪🏼🇲🇽#PasiónyOrgullo pic.twitter.com/mKlu8nNftH— Mexican National Team (@miseleccionmxEN) October 25, 2018 No Mexican-Americans in the squad for Mexico U20s for the CONCACAF Championship. Edwin Lara has apparently flipped to the US U20 pool, while Carlos Avilez and Antonio Nava simply didn't make it.
Jaden Servania (brother of Brandon) is on the Puerto Rico qualifying roster. Puerto Rico is in our group for qualifying, as well.
Ian Hoffmann called in for a German U18 camp: https://www.dfb.de/fileadmin/_dfbdam/184830-kader_lg_duisburg_2810-30102018.pdf
St. Pauli's American-born Leon Flach, too. https://www.bigsoccer.com/threads/leon-flach-at-st-pauli.2082357/
Good news: Concacaf released the squad lists for all the teams in the U20 qualifying tournament. Bad news: The squad lists include __no__ club information to help narrowing the list for finding possible dual Yanks. Wikipedia has some info, but very little club affiliation. If anyone wants to tackle it, here's a link to the big list: https://gallery.mailchimp.com/78d35...eab509-d3e9-4740-99ed-e25272da676f/All_v2.pdf
Interesting that Alessandro Castro isn't in the Honduras squad. He's good enough to be with USYNTs in some capacity, and there are some USYNT callups that have occurred despite being provisionally tied to another country, such as Balogun, Perry, McMaster, and Edwards. Or maybe Atlanta just didn't release him as with Carleton and the US.
He's with Atlanta United 2, and their season is over. I doubt they wouldn't have released him. I do agree that he could play for USYNT's though. He wouldn't be out of place in the U-19's, but he probably has a better chance to make it in the Honduras set-up than as a top 30-35 '00 in the US set-up. In the Honduras set-up, he'd probably be one of the best players in his age group.
Malik Tillman and supposed Yank Christopher Scott called up to Germany U17 that will play in 4 Nations Tournament, next month.

Good news is that Sagir Arce has outperformed Munoz at club level but seems pretty firm in preferring the US. And no Ricardo Pepi in this camp after being with the US U17s.
