I've listened to some American sports shows during the WC. They had to address it since it was so big, don't know whether they wanted to or not. Instead of looking at the actual game, all they commented on were the negatives written about in the press and discussing how to change the game rather than what is good about it.
I just don't know why it is so difficult for the general Americans to appreciate the beauty of the game?! May be the same question they would ask to all soccer nations why not baseball, American football, ice hockey, basketball ...
well donovan is a weichei mastrioni clearly played the ball thats no foul at all only in deranged fifaland i think too many cards were given i think beckenbauer said something similar
lol its probably6 a good thing that its not a success there they would change it to death like a break every 5 minutes for coke, shyte beer and junk food advertiments @ jim rome that guy is sponsored by coors beer lol nuff said...
watching the metrostars, not mls was your problem. If I watched one Mainz game and decided that all of the Bundesliga stunk as a result you would condemn me. Try watching an MLS team that hasn't been terrible for practically all of MLS's existence before making sweeping generalizations about the entire league.
Colorado Chivas was entertaining... and so was the first LA derby this year. plenty of good games to watch.
