    Defender Allysha Chapman and Canada and midfielder Amanda Da Costa and Portugal will compete in the Algarve Cup in Portugal. On Wednesday, March 1, Portugal plays Russia and Canada takes on Denmark. Both games kick off at 10 a.m. ET. Friday, March 3 sees Canada go up against Russia (10 a.m. ET) and Portugal face Denmark (2 p.m. ET). On Monday, March 6, Chapman and Da Costa go head to head as Canada plays Portugal at 2 p.m. ET. The finals of the Algarve Cup are set for Wednesday, March 8.

    Zulia Menjivar-Bermudez, who played HS soccer in Maryland as well as college soccer in the area, appears to be US born. Her father is Marlon Menjivar who had 16 caps with El Salvador and runs a business in the US.

    From about 6 years ago, I found this listing of Salvadoran-American players, all the others probably out of the game now:

    For this meeting there will be four players from the United States who joined the group last night: Zulia Menjivar, from Washington; Jency Ramirez of Atlanta; Paulina Valle, San Francisco; And Robinette Ramirez, Los Angeles. These girls join four others who arrived from the United States the week before.
