Instead of having 10 teams split into 2 groups for the final round like it is currently, have all 10 teams play together in one big final round robin, or even decrease it to 8 teams like CONCACAF.

More games against better opposition, eliminating the notion of "easy wins" and in turn making every win matter.

Qualification would be way more ruthless.

Even if our teams have had their "moments" and/or have looked "good" or have gotten "ok results considering..." at this World Cup, 0 wins out of 4 teams is pretty damning. I'd like to see some change if not for the sake of improving.

    Thoughts?

What about the group phase before the final group phase, you would have to exclude that wouldn't you?

Asia is too big to do a final league format, however it can happen by continuing play offs to decrease it quicker
