Sure, that would be 100% argentinian. Another dish you might want to Google is "locro". Its a winter dish that i dont líke as much as the one you proposed, but you couldnt get any more local than that (particularly the NW Region)Its usually served on national holidays. It's a stew.

Awesome. Did you know why it´s called chimichurri? There´s a big Irish colony in Arg and the legend says that the sauce was invented by one Jimmy Curry. Of course, the locals struggled pronunciating his name
