Here's a nice guide to the stadiums in France where World Cup matches will be played. With one exception, nearly all of the venues seem quite nice and were either built or refurbished quite recently. Some have some cool architectural features. Wish I were going! https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...p-2019-the-complete-guide-to-all-the-stadiums
Quite medicore performance from England in 1st half. With Bronze, Houghton, Kirby, Taylor and Greenwood left on the bench, alternative line-up didn't look much too convincing. Denmark created couple of good chances, Brunn goal would've hold with VAR and Harder could've had PK if not for playin fair.
entertaining, attacking soccer from both sides, England showing how deep they go though. Houghton wouldn't of been able Harder, White's busier than Taylor(but just don't know why Neville prefers either of those two at lone striker than the way better producing Parris, Daly a beast on defense, perhaps taking her marine boot camp training(as Neville made the entire team do for the last few days) at a bit too far the way she was using Danish players as bowling pins! featuring a way more athletic squad, I think the Danes will be contenders again at 2021 Euros. Great find in Sorenson!
here's hifghlights of France vs Thailand. The French didn't start about 6 of their usual starters. Like to say great goals, but it's more like phenom terrible defending, lol, Looks like the one thing the French have to work on is pk's. Low scoring game until Diani comes in France vs Thailand - Match highlight - Friendly Match (25th May 2019) - YouTube couldn't find decent highlights, of ENG/DEN but found instead this unflattering of Rachel the Bulldozer' Daly Women's Football England v 25 May 2019 Introducing Rachel "gerroutofmyway" Daly - YouTube
The hit itself wasn't that bad, but when she stepped over the other girl, I thought that was a bit much.
On topic of bad behaviour...in Utah vs Orlando also from yesterday. (obvious foul and red card, missed by ref) 😳 pic.twitter.com/0bMkR4mnCw— David Copeland Smith (@BeastModeSoccer) May 26, 2019
@Lechus7 I appreciate your passion and desire to get more video out, but please do not post livestream links unless they are legal to broadcast world wide. Thanks, your friendly mod.
This is terrible: I rely on Lechus and his links to see matches! Why must they be broadcast worldwide to qualify for a link here? Silliness.
here's the full Mexico vs US game. This link is from youtube, but it's from the red carded out of BS poster. So is it ok to post this? game; Mexico comes in with an inexperienced lineup, so much so, that Carli Lloyd has more caps than the entire Mexican lineup combined! But someone forgot to tell them they allowed to touch the ball! lol
here's good highlights of England vs Denmark, Keep note; England seems like their ready to give up any kind of midfield domination for holding back & swiftly countering(basically ala France mens). Wonder though if this strategy is mean't for the US & Germany? as both squads tend to send their defenders way up field Lechus7@ you mentioned VAR would of allowed the Dane goal, but from watching the replay several times over,; you can hear the whistle go off right after the ball touches Sorenson's shoulder, ony after the whistle that the ball land on the Dane's foot where upon she taps it into the goal. So are you saying that upon reviewing VAR, the call could be overturned even though the whistle stopped the play before the final shot?
Yes. There are 4 types of calls that can be reviewed Goals and whether there was a violation during each episode of the attacking phase of play, such as an offside or a foul Penalty decisions (other fouls are not reviewable, except below) Direct red card decisions (second yellow cards are not reviewable) Mistaken identity in awarding a red or yellow card The standard for overturning the referee's original decision is that there has been a "clear error," sometimes expanded to "clear and obvious error." Very one-sided highlights in this video btw.
The Guardian website has started to post their Women’s World Cup 2019 Team Guides. They will do two teams a day until the start of the tournament. I love this type of thing First up is France & South Korea: https://www.theguardian.com/football/2019/may/27/womens-world-cup-2019-team-guide-no-1-france https://www.theguardian.com/football/2019/may/27/womens-world-cup-2019-team-guide-no-2-south-korea
I"m not fond of the photos of the individual players the WNT has posted on its web page. Half of the players are wearing bright red lipstick, two-thirds of them are looking up at the sky -- "it's a bird, it's a plane, it's...."-- and none of them are smiling. I guess they're supposed to look like women on a mission, but they look more to me like women having a bad date. Come on! This is supposed to be fun. https://www.ussoccer.com/teams/uswnt
Well, I couldn't agree more with you. One of the few who managed to look confident and almost natural (despite sharing the excessive make-up with others) is Jessica McDonald.

I'm not gonna argue with Youtube stuff apart from live streaming of matches. I follow the EPL and there several high channels which go down because of complaints and YouTube scripts. So if it is up, YouTube sees it as authorized.
so your saying upon review, she would of allowed the goal, even though she whistled play to stop before the actual shot was taken?(as it wasn't scored by the shoulder dispute) btw..........doubt the purists will be happy with England(no matter how far they go) as they willingly give up the midfield for counters(so their usually going to look like their going to be outplayed). They've been doing this since SBC(which they won). The bigger question will be who their going to start? As it seems like Daly's taken over fomer Bronze, right back spot, so will Bronze take over the apparently only, central.m/d spot?(which in the past has been reserved for Kirby, Stanway, Walsh or Moore)
Shanice van der Sanden in very good shape as the CL final between Lyon and Barcelona proved in which she gave the assist for the first and second goal..
