I made these spreadsheets for myself at first. I shared it with a few coworkers, friends, and family and they all thought it was pretty fun. It made for some interesting discussions when you compare each others' predictions.

http://ge.tt/5P4EQy71, let me know if the link doesn't work.

In spreadsheet 1, you pick the winner and runners-up of each group. Then you pick the winner of each knockout match. Simple. No need to enter any scorelines.

In spreadsheet 2, you pick the winner and runners-up of each group. Then you enter the score (and PK score if applicable) for each knockout match. The spreadsheet will automatically calculate who progresses to the next round.

I know there's better Excel sheets out there that can even calculate results of the group stages, but I thought I'd just share mine. Unlike the online versions, you can unlock my spreadsheet so you can dissect and learn how I did the formulas. Password is "totti". Enjoy!
