That's a huge parcel. The driving range alone is larger than the entire Overtown stadium footprint. They could move the driving range and reconfigure the remaining parts of the course to be 9-holes with maybe an executive Par 3. It's near a transportation nexus which would make it easy to get to the stadium. I think it has possibilities.
