Guy at far right is 6'3". The guy right next to Will is listed as 5'11".

Wow does this mean they actually have interest in him? I thought this whole time they kind of just brought him over to give CP a pal. Obviously, he has talent this is just interesting to see, I guess.

My understanding is that it is an official move. He's on an academy contract and has plans to go to college in 2017.

I think this was always a l00k-see by both sides. If they offer him a contract, he'll probably take it. College is an easy out if it doesn't work that way.

 

Nice situation for the kid...train and play on the Dortmund Youth team, live with your cousin who is balling out, maybe get a pro contract, if not fallback on going to Duke.

 

His time at BVB won't cause him to lose NCAA eligibility?

 

As long as he isn't paid anything beyond his expenses, he should be fine.
