Only if the refs help them (which will probably happen).

I'd put my money on Germany and Spain before Brazil. We're still 2 and a half years away dude...

2012 Olympics and 2013 Confederation Cup will be a test all the players out.

2014 World Cup is defiently out of Brazil, Germany or Spain.
Argentina and Netherlands will go far but I highly doubt they will make the final.

Brazil drew with Netherlands right at the start of 2011, and Brazil is only going to get better with all their young talents. Plus Neymar has improved alot since Early 2011.
I would put my money on Brazil if they played Netherlands right now.

If Neymar, Lucas and Ganso reach full potential NO one will stop them, im telling you.

Nothing they showed in the last year indicates, that they are more than an average QF-Team.

LOL funniest thing ive heard today, most people are jealous of brazil players because they always rule every decade of soccer.

    50 - Garrincha
    60s - Pele, Garrincha
    70s - Pele, Zico
    80s - Zico, Maradona
    90s - Ronaldo, Romario
    00s - Ronaldinho Zidane
    10s - Messi, CR7, Neymar

Not many spanish players to make the list. :)

We used to, no real international star these days... Ronaldinho "retired" too early, Kaka dropped his form, Pato didn't developed as we hope... and Neymar isn't a true soccer star yet. At the moment he isn't anywhere near CR7 or messi... only biased Brazilians would rate him that much...

Daniel, vc estah torcendo e nao analisando...

I hope we win but I doubt we simply don't have a team that is much better than the rest and not participating in the qualifying rounds really hurts the team...

IMHO one of the biggest achievement of Brazilian NT was the second place in 98 without playing the qualifuing! (remenber France '02)

Nobody cares about these kids until they make an impact in Europe or at the WOrld Cup.

But do you think Neymar will reach the same level of Ronaldo 9 and Ronaldinho? if he reaches his potential.

I reckon Brazil will make it to the 2014 WC final with Germany or Spain, but I dont know if they will actually win 2014 World Cup yet.
If Brazil win 2013 Confederation Cup then they have a good chance of winning 2014 World Cup.

I think he is loaded with patent and he does have potential, but it is hard to predict how he will turn out. Pato had a lot of talent and while a good player he isn't even on Brazil top 20 players of all times... Neymar had a great year but that doesn't mean he is on the same level as RC7 and Messi...

Yes, Conf Cup will be a good training opportunity for Brazil, but we have to wait and see what is our performance and more important what is the team potential and if we are playing as a team...

Followed by Iniesta. Both Barcelona and Spain have been blessed with that duo.

the only chance that Brazil has is if a miracle happens and Kaka comes back to his top form

otherwise who'll put the team on their shoulders?
Robinho? Neymar? Ganso? Diego? :D pfffff dont make me laugh
they'll be lucky to get to the quarter finals

they'll get out of the group because you can always count on Fifa to get Costa Rica or Saudi Arabia in their group

And the final is already set in stone:

    Argentina - Uruguay * Uruguay - Argentina

    in Maracana

    ;)

At first I thought you were making a list of great Brazilian players. Didn't think that you were just biased. At this point Neymar isn't fit to lick the boots of anyone on this list. Let's see 4-5 years from now.

Some players like Figo, Giggs and Raul are interchangeable between the '90s and '00s.

You can also add players like Xavi and Puyol to the '00s.
