It’s amazing seeing the emergence of a legend

 

Never see him referred to as Carlos. Got me thinking, why is it that he goes by Casemiro, as opposed to the spelling Casimiro that wikipedia tells me is his given name?

 

I remember reading that they misspelled his name and he just kind of went with it. That happened to the surname of my family too lol.

 

An outstanding player, makes important interceptions in defense, fantastic tackler, with great positioning, makes important assists , great passer of the ball both long and short, scores important goals , both inside and outside the box,

just a fantastic allround contributor to our team, I’m glad we all know what a phenomenal player we have in Case, a leader when needed, if he was doing this in the premier league we’d never ever hear the end of what a great player he is, I’m glad he’s with us, big part of a currently fabulous midfield

This now doesn’t really need to be said anymore, it’s just an obvious fact. The real question is where does Case sit on the DM list since the turn of the century.

 

Can Case be considered the best midfielder in the world? I think he is but people like their more stylish players

 

He is the most important.

He doesn't play and we are letting four goals into a Sociedad we dominated weeks earlier.

 

Fabinho is doing decent job at Lfc

 

Casimero is better than Fabinho.

 

Casemiro has no doubt been tremendous for us but we should also take into account that in the cup game against sociedad we didn't play Courtois, Carvajal, Varane, Mendy and while Valverde did play i don't think the holding role allows him to perform to his best.

That also had a lot to do with why we seemed to be all over the place ahainst Sociedad defensively.
