I'd take this in a heartbeat. JCO didn't mess anything up anymore than it already is. or was. I am just on the boat of ******** getting a band aid to cover up the underlying issues. Anyone so has a solid idea to start from the youth system, and start making changes gets my vote. Hugo gets my vote simply because he was the 1st to vocally start pointing out the issues, go against televisa, and is Mexican.
One thing is to point out things that are wrong. Another is to have the solutions to fix them. Chelis, Tomas Boy, etc. all point things that are wrong out...do you want them to coach, too?
If Osorio is leaving. I'll accept Hugo only with Zinedine Zidane's assistant David Bettoni and Rafael Marquez Alvarez as another assistant. You can throw some Carrillo on there as well. Guarantee we defend the chip in 2026.
Matias Almeyda is the most logical answer. His tenure with Chivas only helps his case. It's almost guaranteed he's El Tri's next manager.
You heard of Tata Martino? That duse that was at Barca and took Argentina to final in Brazil. Jugo pushed his shit in in Copa America 2007. Jugo also got fired after winning some friendlies in Europe... What's so crazy about it?
Do you even know what you are talking about? Tata didn't take Argentina to WC final in 2014. I don't know how exactly I would feel about this, but I've kinda always thought Bob Bradley was a good coach and he went around the world and coached in tough places. It would never happen, but he has LA playing good ball, though he was known as Bunker Bob, I don't think that is actually his style he just played that way with USMNT since he knew he had no other chance. Ok, i'll duck now
lol. You trying to troll these guys? The Bunker Bob reputation is older than his time with the USMNT. When he coached the Fire he had a lot of offensive talent relative to MLS standards. But he still employed the same defend-and-counter tactics. I remember at least one other coach calling him out on it too.
