Other. None of those names will come to the career graveyard that St. James park has become. It'll end up being some young manager from the Championship.
Kevin Keegan. I'd love to see him balls it up. Anyway. Martin O'Neill seems to be up there with the favourites. I can't see what makes him much better than Souness. They have won roughly the same amount of trophies. Souness has probably got more European experience and started off the Rangers dynasty - already falling to shreds when O'Neill took over at Celtic. O'Neill gave us good times at Celtic, but it would be interesting to see whether he would take on a job of where he may be found out.
I think if any of them can turn that jinx/curse (that's what it appears to have become) around it's Martin O'Niell. I think after his break he'll be hungry for whatever job he goes to next. Is there any word on his wifes health? Alan S. has already indicated that he's not intrested in the job. Although ya know how people say those things and eventually come around when the right conditions are put in their pocket.
Martin O'Neill won't take it, I can't see why Sam would want it, Shearer has said he won't so i'd put my money on Sven
well, he's also rumored to read M, but it would be the logical next step up the career ladder: benfica, sampdoria, lazio, England, Newcastle
