Over the last 15 years we've seen some great strikers but i would like to know who you think the top 5 are!

What a bad bad list, especially over the last 15 years. It's not even true for the last year, though.

I wouldn't say the list is bad, actually it is quite good. But how can Villa be in there? He is injured for quite some time now and barely played any matches for Barcelona. And when he played he barely scored any goals.

Instead you should include the likes of Mario Gomez (74 goals in the last 75 competitive matches for Bayern Munich) or Klaas-Jan Huntelaar (40 goals in 38 competitive matches for Schalke this season).

"Right now' ain't the same as 'in the last 15 years", is it.

Anyway I agree with Villa and Ibra being top 5 material, the rest is dubious.

For the last 15 years, I'd probably go with:

    1. Henry
    2. Shevchenko
    3. Ibrahimovic
    4. Eto'o
    5. Crespo

Other candidates: Villa, Drogba, Del Piero, Raúl, Ronaldo ...

Llorente, Soldado, Huntelaar, Balotelli, Aguero, Gomez, RVP & Ibra are all greater than Benzema and Higuain.

    ^Lol, Mysterious...still hatin' I see :D

How can striker who hasn't played since December and was stinkin' up the joint before that be considered one of the best strikers? What sort of criteria did you use coming up with this list? Or did you just pick names out of a hat?

RVP has more this all round game (a 9 and a 10) whereas Gomez is just a 9 (in my opinion). In terms of how prolific, I'm not sure which one you'd put higher after this year, both ridiculous. For me in the top five 'forwards' you would probably have to (begrudgingly) still have Rooney in too... with Cavani, Falcao, Gomez, RVP. Then mentions for Llorente, Benzema, Higuain, Soldado, Ibra. Just not a massive Ibra fan.
