i don't know that i really have a "second love" i don't follow anything alse, but i enjoy watching bmx or skateboarding when it's on tv. this is, of course, during all times when the olympics is not on. i can watch almost anything if it's the olympics. at least for a short time. handball, water polo, curling, men's field hockey...
Baseball (I'm also a huge fan of American football and basketball). Although it isn't really my second love, its my first love I've been a life long baseball fan (and Met fan if anyone wants to know). I really only started following football/soccer recently. I've always been kinda curious (loved watching to World Cup, but there was never really anything that maintained my interest there after). But after this year after stumbling upon the Euros my interest picked up again and I decided to really get into the game. And I love it!
Yeah I like them. I don't follow them as much as I do pro sports but I do try and keep my self informed on them and I like watching them once in a while too.
I’d have to say golf. Although I’m not really passionate about any other sport apart from football. I do dislike rugby quite a bit. Played by a bunch of posh nancy boys.
Watching: Team handball Playing: Badminton, squash, table tennis I never tried to understand the rules of baseball or american football.
No. Just the way it is in Scotland. I did not actually know anyone liked rugby until I moved to London. I was shocked. It really is a sh1t sh1t sport.
When I was younger my friends and I loved to play "kill the man with the ball" and "don't let the balloon hit the ground".
Ice Hockey for sure... it has the most similar concept of soccer. Both are a game of passing and movement, and both involve hitting an object past a golie into the net!
Motor racing. F1 fans are usually football fans in Europe. It is less true now, but not so long ago, you could be sure that people were talking about cycling, F1 and football in popular bars in France. For many reasons, given the current 'autophobic' atmosphere, fewer people would admit to be petrol heads nowadays. Anyway, one can still witness the passion of the crowd in Italy or Brazil or even Great Britain.
I like motor sport but not F1. Prefer saloon cars (touring cars/DTM) and bike racing. F1 is hugely over-rated for the spectacle it has delivered over the last 10-15 years, although this season was interesting, mind. Too much down to the car, and not enough down to the driver for me, F1.
YEah i agree with most car racing such as nascar and F1 its too much up to car, I prefer rally, sooo much fun.
