    Being very parochial I would have to vote for either the one my country hosted or the one my country won. Hopefully after saturday I will be able to use the second reason as well as the first.

    Well, whatever happens in the future and no matter how good the organisation and venues are at future Asian Cups, this one will always be my favorite.

    China 2004 because we finished third place (best result I've ever seen).

    us iraqis cant say the same, we went out in the qfs by losing to China 3-0 :confused::confused::confused::confused:

    But after the Asian Cup, you enjoyed a good campaign at the Olympics in Greece, finishing the fourth place. Iran has never qualified for the Olympic football since 1976.

    But Iran qualified for 4 World Cups while we only managed to make it to 1 World Cup in 1986..
