Brasilian Alex would be first up because we need some real defenders in there. Then I would go for either Ronaldinho (simply cos he is Ronaldinho) or Gerrard because he is a well balanced player who would add attack and defence in the midfield.
1 defender doesn't make that much of a difference. I'd take 2 centerbacks. If not then a DM, and a real 10#.

Mostly because the FPF doesn't have good scouting. Heck, they can't even find players in provincias, never mind abroad. ...and too bad, because with so many ex-patriates around the world, I'm sure they could find some young jewels out there in the US, Europe, or Japan.
I guess it comes down to our top clubs to bring in some quality foreigners that are elegible, they probably also gotta spend 3 or 4 years in Peru before they can nationalise.
