There is literally no one in this Manchester United team that I would want to have here. Not even as backup.
Not only that, its fvking hot here in So Cal. Im watching the game with the AC full blast and my balls are still sweating.
Lol the scrub got saved by bad penalty takes, Most of which he didn't even have to save. Let's have him face down some penalties from Ronaldo, Bale, Modric, Ramos and Kroos and see how he feels after that.
Could not care less, just good to see the youngsters play and hope we keep improving so we are in proper form for the title games in August.
If he saved the goal I'd understand him being cocky. Dude...the ball hit the top post. Stop smiling like you're some big deal. And Casemiro scored on him just fine earlier. Dude is a b****. I never want him playing for Real Madrid.
Theo had a good debut. Looking forward to see him during the regular season. It was an alright display for the first preseason game.
Don't worry guys and gals. Real Madrid will face them in a REAL game for the Supercup. Let's see if De Gea is smiling at the end of that when a fully fit squad plus Cristiano shows them what a top team plays like. Dude wins a Europa league, where they play mediocre clubs and suddenly they're hot shit. LOL. Real Madrid will massacre that team.
Nice, now they think they actually have a chance against us in the Super Cup. Tears will be even sweeter.
Man Utd probably outspent all the teams combined in the Europa League. If they didn't win it, it would've been historically embarrassing.
Happy how kids played. Lukaku looked like a legit Donkey out there. Only one with worse technique is Fellaini. Pogba hardly had a touch against Kova-Case midfield. Their young midfielder was impressive. But it's Mou so not expecting to see much of him. Hakimi was impressive. I think he can provide offensive impetus against lower league teams ala Danilo last year. Decision making needs to be better which I expect when he plays with seniors.
To be fair, De Gea had to watch as Real Madrid won two consecutive CLs while he was stuck humiliating himself under Van Gaal and Mourinho. It's pretty obvious he's hurt.
The UEFA Super Cup is still a glorified friendly. Still, I might go, it's a 2.5-3 hour car drive away.
Better than a cup won for merely winning friendlies. Supercup is a cup won because you're a champion of champions.
Ron joins the team on Aug 5th. Not sure ZZ will call him up if last season is anything to go by. Expect our midfield to dominate, but yeah, we need Ron for goals.
Would have been nice to see the 5 U21 guys(Asensio, Vallejo, Ceballos, Llorente, Mayoral) play, but the Castilla kids did well in the second half. Really liked Theo, hard not to. Impressive player, so strong yet so skilled and smooth out there. We have Marcelo's successor. Onto Los Angeles and Pep's millions on Wednesday.
