You guys are all so mean. BTW Landon has a female assistant coach. And yes, if he doesn’t do well as a coach, he will fire his own ass.

Never played with the Quakes but in MLS and is from San Jose….Great article on Beni Joya.... Benji Joya finds ideal career move with Oakland Roots 11/19 ...
I want to puke. Good for Danny. Good to see him get a shot. I hope he does well. Again, it's bogus that we develop a player, decide that he's useless, and then another team picks him up. Maybe he'll injure one of their guys in practice. It's getting harder and harder to blame any players who leave our organization. Why spend your limited years with a club that doesn't care about winning? Puke. Such a sad small team. Go Quakes!! - Mark
My MLS best XI of the decade | Bobby Warshaw https://www.mlssoccer.com/post/2019/12/16/my-mls-best-xi-decade-bobby-warshaw It's painful every time I see Morrow and Beita being named on any "best of" list. Was it Doyle, the coach (Yallop, Dom) or money? With Wondo, we could have 3 players of this lineup playing with us in the last few years. That could be something to build on. And the LB position has never been properly addressed all these years. It is crazy.
Saw that article earlier today. I wonder how John Doyle feels about letting Beita and Morrow go now? I'm sure that Fisher hasn't noticed and doesn't care. Yallop, Watson, and Kinnear? Do we think that those coaches wanted to keep Morrow and Beita? Officially, Wat(TF) was head coach when we let both Beita and Morrow go. Wat(TF) was a really defensive minded coach, so I would bet that he wanted to keep those two. Has to rank as two of the worst GM moves ever. We have to do better than this. Allowing great players to escape us for another team is just crap. Go Quakes!! - Mark
I have said this several times on this forum, but when Beita’s contract was up for renewal, I went to Kaval and told him he had to keep Beita, and he told me “it was a question of value”.
I'm on Quincy's email list and thought it might be amusing to share some of this latest: https://anchor.fm/perfect-soccer-radio https://www.instagram.com/p/B1INuABgMT8/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link
On his podcast from July 25th, he shared a short story about Wondo and his thoughts about Wondo breaking the record.
I hope that when his career comes to an end (maybe this off-season) that Quincy comes back to the Bay Area and does his thing in or near SJ. He's fun to listen to, and he knows what he's talking about. Great guy. Go Quakes!! - Mark
I’ve been saying the same for weeks. Almeyda doesn’t seem to rate Lima. I don’t know why, I think Lima is really good. (And he plays for the USNats, yeah?) But somehow, Almeyda doesn’t think Lima should start. On the upside, we could trade Lima for someone worthwhile, or a bag o’ TAM or GAM bucks. I think it would suck if Lima left, but we’re not using him. I find the whole situation messed up. GO Quakes!! - Mark
