Dont believe everything he says. He didnt sign Martial because he doesnt trust his scouts.

So fire the scouts and get new ones.

Back after a week. This place has gone from wake to inquisition.

Wenger didn't trust his scouts for a 30m signing. That's slightly different from trusting his scouts for a 2m signing.

And you don't know what the scouts said.

Still early but he looks like a pretty good and young #9, tbf.

 

It's too early for the the Martial overhype in my book. Sample size much too small. He looks a good player, but then again, a lot of players have looked great the first 10 games never to be seen again.

He believes he's worth 60m right now, we'll have to see what happens when he finally questions that.

That doesn't let the econonist off the hook however.

 

Sad to see his hair has gotten even more unfortunate.

 

Chamakh never looked great to me and I really tried to calm some of you down when that hype got started.

 

Martial looks like he has a really good first touch.

 

Im not sure where to ask this but here goes; ive read that Wenger and his wife are seperating. Any truth to this? If so i wonder what impact it had in the market this year and the results.
