    The Glen Johnson selection is a bit odd; points up the lack of top quality at that position I guess.

    Agree completely. But the rest of the players in that XI were a hell of a lot better than "decent".

    Crouchie was one of my favorite players, great sensa huma and had one of the best songs. The giant flying insect goal against Gala is a legend in its own right.

    He has a lot of offers - but everyone knows he can’t handle the PL for a full season. Turkey pays quite well.

    Reminds me of Agger who admitted his body broke down.
