Is there a chance that Brian might still pick herself up? She's only 26.

After consulting with noted soccer experts, various world religious leaders, respected scientists from MIT and inputting all relevant data into a NASA Simulator, I have determined that:

However, other auxiliary findings were also determined from this extensive research:

Folks, note that is possibly to disagree, be civilized and even find common ground of agreement.

Ertz probably was my first choice for Golden Ball in '19 as well (and through the China game in '15 was at the time my first choice for Golden Ball of that tournament, though given her near-fiasco in the Germany game and own goal in the final I would have clearly voted both Lloyd and Brian over her).

The difference to me is that Brian had to turn around a midfield whose operation in '15 was somewhere between slipshod and dysfunctional before she came in. Ertz handled her responsibilities well, but Brian's ability to do so in turn-around mode deserves extra praise.

The words ‘coif’ and ‘quaff’ sound very much alike, which is why some people think they mean the same thing, which is tied specifically to the head or the hair.

In reality the two words have almost nothing in common.

Coif is a noun and is originally a French word which also can be used or spelled as coiffe. It refers to anything which covers the head ranging from hair and hairstyles to head wear.

The word coif traditionally is tied to hairstyles for either men or women.

Unlike the French word coif, quaff is most closely tied to the German language and means to drink enthusiastically.

Usually the enthusiastic drinking is related to alcohol and would be used as a verb such as in quaffing. Another word for quaffing is swigging or gulping.

There is no meaning for perfectly quaffed hair unless you take some inappropriate liberties and use it to mean gulping down large quantities of hair. That really doesn’t seem to work.

There are many other ways to properly use the French noun or you can also use it as a verb such as coiffing hair.

Just make sure not to use it with quaff.
