what to do

    I need some help. Im 6’3 and 105kgs. I want to get down to about 90 kgs. I’ve never played soccer before. I managed about 5 training sessions before I got really bad shin splints. Still hurts to run. I need a good workout program so I’m fit and healthy for next year so I can try again. Any help would be greatly appreciated

    I have got in shape using kettlebells and following the exercises in the Ultimate Kettlebell Workbook. Spent years doing crunches, cycling for an hour every evening and other fruitless pursuits. The intense, short-burst, interval, cardio that is proscribed in the book have really worked for me.
    you can even make it fun with kettlebell juggling.

    Looks like fun, but all I see is my back straining. Obviously not for the unfit..
