I have tryouts for a rep team friday what should I do like eat, drink, activities before I tryout so I dont feel tired or weak that day.
hmm..i suggest something high in carbs n protein, but not too heavy as u wud have cramps when playin..i wud suggest tuna sandwich (hold d mayo) on whole meal bread, with tomatoes. n drink milk, for your bones..
Banana; don't drink milk that same day, it might gas you up. Absolutely no fat; it will make you super sluggish. Spaghetti is great, again no sauce, maybe just a tiny bit of butter or oil. Drink water.
