I have. Big fan of all of Miyazaki's movies. Its not my favorite of his, but its definitely very, very good.
Yep, absolutely wonderful movie and one of Miyazaki's best. I prefer the Japanese audio with subtitles but the English dub is really well done.
They also did Chicken Run. I'm sure you'd really enjoy it as would anyone else who posts here. Don't want the say anything further so as to let everyone experience it for themselves.
Only putting this here as it has a movie section. We are at the Seattle Museum of Pop Culture. Excellent museum. Horror, Sci-Fi, Fantasy exhibits. Plus, rotating Nirvana, Jimi Hendrix and video game exhibits. Skipped the Marvel special event.
Loved it, although I prefer Howl's Moving Castle from Miyazaki. However, that might be because it's the only movie I ever saw at Music Box.
So I can see this movie for free but, it's only playing downtown chicago the week of the world cup semifinals. I got paid for train tickets already. Any good bars I could watch the world cup closer to downtown than the globe?
Got a refresh of movies already. Picked up Get Out, Theory of Everything, and Black Swan from the library. I really don't like Eddie Redmayne, but he somehow knows how to get the actresses he works with awards and I like watching them.
Finished Season 2 of Luke Cage. It was enjoyable. Bushmaster was cool. Alfre Woodard as Black Mariah was great again. The actress that played Tilda Dillard/Stokes/Johnson was hawt. Misty Knight was excellent. Music was fantastic again. Loved .
Finally catching up on the last 2 seasons of the animated series Star Wars: Rebels. This and the Clone Wars have kept me more interested in the series universe than the movies.
Music-wise this was the guy that blew me away and convinced me to look for his music after the episode: (That video also just so happens to be at our favorite raccoon nest)
Watched Atomic Blonde last night. Loved it. I loved the look of it, the fight sequences (at least most of them) were brilliant, and Charlize Theron was perfect. Highly recommend it, especially if you're sick of modern fast-cut fight sequences. There are a couple of them in there, but a lot of the fights are long takes.
Should I see sicario 2 tonight for free? I was gonna go on july 3rd but, not guarantee i'm not working
Sicario 2. I really hope it's the worst movie ever because I barely made it here.******** you taco Bell
Wow, Stigmata brings me back. Way back in the 90s all the friends would meet up at Mitty's Pub on W Montrose for Wednesday night dollar bottles. They had a great jukebox that we used to load up for the evening and Stigmata was always on the playlist. Always.
Literally the only thing I'm looking forward too in the next 2 wees is the Marilyn Manson concert in Tinley Park. As to what I'm watching? Downloading some movie about Steve Koogan and Paul Rudd as gay lovers. What a crazy world. Should be perfect after a couple zombie dusts
Think I might wash Rush Hour instead of the fire game. Just got a haircut and chinese food and don't want to ruin my good mood
