Did he replace someone? I saw that he was brought in as a training player, not as a member of the squad.
I get that they called him in because Pacific FC has a bye week. But certainly nowhere close to my pick for top youngster in the CPL so far.
Definately Tristan Borges. He's the best in my book and should be among the 1st to be sold to a higher league
https://www.record.com.mx/columnistas-david-medrano/puebla-espera-que-valor-de-cavallini-aumente-en-copa-oro https://www.diariocambio.com.mx/2019/marcador-final/item/18666-quien-quiera-hacerse-con-los-servicios-de-cavallini-debera-pagar-10-millones-de-dolares A couple articles on the Cavallini transfer situation. The first one states that Puebla are trying to wait until after the Gold Cup to sell him, hoping that he will put in a few good performances to raise his value. A few posters had predicted that this would be the case. The second article says that Puebla are asking $10 million for Cavallini, a number that his suitors are calling "exaggerated". Atlas, Monterrey, Leon and Cruz Azul are some of the teams still in the running, with the latter being the only ones to make a formal offer.
In more domestic news, Ryan Telfer was recalled from CPL York 9 FC by Toronto FC for 1 game as an emergency. He made a huge impact allowing TFC to tie the game against Kansas City with 1 assist. He will be returning to York 9 on loan but this demonstrated that the level of play of CPL is indeed high and that a player performing in that league can have a big impact in MLS. We see you Ryan 👀 Two assists in one week 👏#York9FC #YorkReady https://t.co/N0CVxvnREv— York United FC (@yorkutdfc) June 8, 2019

It makes me genuinely happy that all 3 CPL teams that were arbitrarily granted a spot in the second qualifying round because of a club registration date or whatever lost. Halifax - Ottawa York - Montreal Cavalry - Vancouver That third qualifying round should be a lot of fun.
@Robert Borden Is there any logic as to why Canada chose BMO field to host the Nations League matches? I am pretty sure a lot of USA fans are going to make the trip up there.
Please be quiet, the MNT doesn't do well "under pressure". They are delicate little babies who can't handle the stress of NT callups and cuts, let alone cheers/boos, half of which will be in French!
They proved that to be wrong in the past CNL Qualifiers. I'd save that for your NT who couldn't deal "pressure" at the last WCQ against Trinidad "B ir C team"... We handled their A team just fine this week with a 2-0 win Cheers
Read the post again. You missed it. MNT is obviously the USMNT (otherwise I'd have said the CMNT). The "pressure" is a reference to Egg Beerholder's suggestion after Jamaica that we looked awful because "players were under pressure from getting called up and not knowing if they were going to make the team". Jerk. P.S. Honduras says "Hola, Ocho a uno."
This is the Canadian team thread, can't assume that I'd automatically assume that you're not talking about them. Just saying
If there is no place to play for your team to have the home field advantage might as well go to where you will make the most money. That the American way of going about it at least.
In any case, US fans do not find this CNL very attractive, so I do not think so many go to the game in Toronto as if it were a WCQ.
