https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_footballers_with_the_most_official_appearances lists the 51 players with the most career games including national teams, clubs, and youth games. It lists 51 because there is a tie for 50th. The Red Bulls are the only active club in Concacaf with two players listed, Thierry Henry and Lothar Motthaus, who played 16 games for the MetroStars in 2000. The only other player who played in MLS is Frank Lampard. The only other Concacaf club with two players listed are the Seattle Sounders from the old NASL with Tommy Hutchison and Bobby Moore. Hutchison played 25 games for them in 1980 on loan from Coventry City. Moore played 7 games for Seattle them in 1978. He retired, but returned to play 8 games for the Carolina Lightnin' in the American Soccer League (ASL) in 1983. That makes him the only player listed to play for two clubs in Concacaf. None of the players listed have played for a club in a Concacaf country other than the USA, and none have played for a Concacaf national team.
