Today I have received a "checking browser" message repeatedly: Checking your browser before accessing bigsoccer.com. This process is automatic. Your browser will redirect to your requested content shortly. Please allow up to 5 seconds… DDoS protection by Cloudflare Ray ID: 3e2bf83cb4f85783 ..... it's slightly annoying and seems to happen whenever I haven't loaded a page in a while. I'm on a PC with Firefox 57.0.4. Possibly related - my GF got an email yesterday saying it was from "Big Soccer Forums" detailing "what's popular today on bigsoccer" with many links - none of the links started with www.bigsoccer.com so I didn't click them and reported it as possible phishing since she's never received that type of email from bigsoccer before and has not changed her profile to receive any emails - I did not get the email. I can't remember the name of the company mentioned in the email, I deleted it after reporting it.
I also got the redirect in a browser. I’m currently unable to use Tapatalk - and am getting a login request and modal pop up - and cannot login via Tapatalk.
I think it's CloudFlare. Or it's posing as CloudFlare. I THINK it's some sort of rate-limiting protection (or bills itself that way), so maybe CloudFlare thinks that BS is a DDOS risk right now? Speculating.
Yep, I'm getting it too. I've posed this question to the tech folks, but I'll also tag them about this thread.
