Iran is a good defensive team. Tough to look good against that. I expected this type of game but I'm worried about our defense in games after this, we will lose because of that.

Spain will next play a deflated Morocco who have no chance of advancing. A draw will guarantee progression into the knockout rounds.
Iran and Portugal will meet with the winner advancing and loser going out (assuming Spain achieve a point against Morocco). A draw would be enough for Portugal.

Just a reminder that for round 3 all games in the same group have the same KO time, Iran will have to go for a win so Portugal will have an easier time against Iran than La Furia did!

Yeah, Iran need to win. So Portugal can just lay back and let them come the entire game, and then look for the break.

I don't think Morocco will be de-motivated too much, their players are probably still playing to get noticed and get a good transfer.

Since goals matter, and we can't seem to score a lot, I see our chances to end up 1st in the group as small tbh. Which would make our chances to progress further into the WC a lot smaller.
