This is actually complicated. South Korea aren't going to give any space.. This will be about patience. That's why I'd expect a few changes. This will be breaking down a stubborn opponent.
One of the things I loved up the Chicharito and Faitelson interview is that Chicharito said "We know we don't have the platform Spain, England and Germany but we want to change that." That to me was as important as his "Imaginamos cosas chingonas." statement.
Can't fault bros for taking paychecks. Vela looked a 7 on Sunday. I also like him playing the weighted balls on the counters, and his vision. He was excellent in the first half. He set up another would-be half-goal. I thought he was dynamic and clever.
I love chicharo, and he was a beast on the counter on Sunday. Totally gets half a goal on that break. He has anvils for feet, compared to vela. Vela has to start, every match...
I highly disagree. I think SK is going to open up and give a lot of space at the back. This is do or die for South Korea, should they lose to Mexico, they can say goodbye to the WC as they sure as hell will not be beating Germany in their last game. So in essence I expect a very open game should have quite a few goals, mostly from Mexico.
I don't see them giving a putting green to lozano. They won't open up like Germany. Our goal was a five- touch goal, beautifully done. We may need ten touches. The situation does dictate them being on the front-foot, facing Germany after, but i don't see all the fairways we saw in match one.
they do need to win, practically, but i think they'll concentrate on set pieces.. our counter looked deadly, if imprecise. They're not exposing.
practically, yes. They'll concentrate it in set pieces. Ironically, RK are fit to run with mex. They won't. They'll try to win fouls and corners. They won't bring the fullbacks up without cover. They won't give chuck a giant fairway to run onto...
