Exactly 40 percent of the CONCACAF countries who played WCQs are listed above. For the confederations combined there are 89 games that resulted in discipline or are still being investigated. This only includes discipline from the first list, of which many of them are punishment for fans' behavior. I did not type anything from the second list, which has discipline for players and coaches. Kyrgyzstan (25,000 CHF), Lebanon (25,000 CHF for one game and 30,000 CHF for another game), and Malaysia (40,000 CHF for one game and 20,000 CHF for another game), were the only countries to get larger fines for one game than Mexico's 20,000 CHF (the largest fine in CONCACAF). Other countries tied Mexico with 20,000 CHF fines.
