1-2,Wales taking the lead in the first half,Italy coming back with Sculli and D'Agostino on a penalty cleverly sought by Brighi
a tougher match than expected initially, than the Azzurrini took over

i'm not following this team closely: they don't seem particularly talented and there's Cassano to spoil the fun (not today though). one peculiarity is that it's a squad very rich of talent in midfield (Brighi,Donati,Della Bona,Blasi,Pinzi,D'Agostino),while it's under par forward and in the back, relatively speaking

"a penalty cleverly sought" ....... he didn't by chance DIVE, did he?

Good to hear that there is an abundance of good young midfielders coming up, given the glaring weakness of the senior squad in that area.

no,he stripped the defender of the ball and then waited for the obvious foul; probably he could have avoided the contact, but he did nothing to

no argument on the foul, now if you want to engage in a philosophycal discussion whether this behaviour should grant a whistle...
