    Transfer News:
    Nilmar (FW) - The offer for Nilmar by Villarreal is close to €13m. Also, Nilmar has been offered 5 year contract for approx €2m /season. However, Internacional are seeking approx €14-15m for Nilmar.

    Wolfsburg offer was for €15m, however Nilmar is not interested in joining Woldsburg.

    For Nilmar, @ €2m /season his net income per season would be higher in Spain vs Germany.
    (*In Spain from what is known as Beckman Law, foriegn player tax/witholding for the first 6 years is @ 24% and then reverts to 43% – same as domestic player)

    RE: Nilmar (FW)
    globoesporte confirms that Wolfsburg have withdrawn their €15m offer for Nilmar.
    Reason: Wolfsburg wanted a 5 year contract and there was wage disagreement.
    -> Villarreal offer was @ €13mn
    http://globoesporte.globo.com/Espor...E+NILMAR+POR+ENQUANTO+PERMANECE+NO+INTER.html

    P.S Keep in mind withholdings/tax for first 6 years for foreign player in Liga is 24% (Becks law vs regular 43% domestic player) and in Germany its 45%. Also, per Nilmar's family he would perfer to play in Liga.

    +

    Per Mediterraneo Llaneza (GM) is working on adding clauses to offer of €13m by Villarreal to make up €15m that Internacional want for Nilmar.

    1) % of profit from future sale of Nilmar by Villarreal.
    2) Monies to Internacional if Villarreal qualify for CL for 10/11 Season, etc.
