I haven't been here long enough nor am I a German citizen. I cannot take that position of honor from someone.

It looked painful, but not permanent. I'm sure he'll be fit for the semi.

    Is there another Lahmfan?
There are surely rules but every nation basically can put on them whatever they want. The reason behind them doing this is to create uniques for each game. When the players exchange them, keep them or throw them into the stands this print proves them to be original worn uniques. You do know that player shirts in general are different to the stuff you can buy in a fan store? You can say that there's per player two shirts and 23 players so there's per important game 46 shirts out there.
    Nope. DFB facebook.

Even tho from personal experience he looked far from a person with a broken vert...the pain is so bad he would have been biting the grass on the pitch!

The problem is he looks like that ALL the time. If he didn't flop and dive so damn much people might have known something was wrong earlier. No one likes to see an injury, but that whole team was doing the exact same thing all game and the referee did NOTHING to keep it in check, this is the outcome.

The irony is that if FIFA did advise the referee to be lenient, they essentially signed Neymar's trip to the hospital. You cannot shove around a team for 90 mins and expect them not to eventually start shoving back.

I would never call someone a pussy for a serious back injury, and a broken vertebra is a serious back injury.

From the way the brazilian players reacted and how fast the medical team was out there it was clear something was seriously wrong and he wasn't just doing his usual thing.

How serious? Heard from some it has the potential to be paralyzing.

Apparently it's not as bad. As far as broken vertebrae go, it's rather benign and he will be back in a couple of weeks. Or so one hears anyway.

In orthopaedics this term broken back can fall under 3 main categories ( relative to corresponding disc below)....from there sky is the limit.Depending on area and how deep into the bone and which part of the Vert...i hope its not that serious..but if it is..it can end a lot of things..specially for an athlete...to effect the spinal cord..i dunno it didn't seem like that from the screen...unless it has progressed later....how they have moved him to the hospital counts!

First, no one knew his status when that was posted. Second, it's not the first time he's overreacted to something. Third, even the referee let play go on and was pretty nonchalant when the medics came out....so, no, it wasn't all that obvious until aftert the fact.

If Germany wins the WM, I'm sure Jogi will get tenure - i.e. he's going to be the Bundestrainer until he retires. :D
