Their ownership cares about their team and somehow I think that Cabrera makes more than Pauno (costing them more). and NRod is still here. Lucky us.
Coach of the year? Gotta be LAFC's Bob Bradley August 12, 2019 https://www.mlssoccer.com/post/2019...s-real-salt-lakes-big-decison-lafc-juggernaut Not Paunovic? Shocking!
This prick still has a job. This prick still has a job. This prick still has a job. The end of the season cannot come soon enough, if they get rid of him after the season.
Sure, but I would take Jürgen Klopp's left testicle coaching the Fire over Paunovic. Hell, I would take one of Klopp's discarded toe nails as coach over Paunovic. Note: I would not literally want to take either of these things!
How is this guys STILL employed? I guess we will see how much Joe cares the his purchase very soon. 1. If Andi isn't going to sell his 51%, then Joe is going to have to put pressure on him into helping him make us great again (Spend/SSS in the city/Hire the right people/Training facility/USL team/get the fvck out of the way/etc...... 2. If Andi refuses to help, then tell him get the fvck out his way. 3. After Andi is bought out, FIRE NRod 4. FIRE Pauno 5. FIRE NRod's hires 6. FIRE Pauno's hires He's a Chicago guys (I believe), he's a billionaire, I'm sure he has some connections in the city, so work them to get a SSS built in the city (maybe bring in a billionaire friend to help out). Here is Illinois Billionaires list: 1.Ken Griffin 11.7 billion 2.Sam Zell 5.5 billion 3.Thomas Pritzker 4.1 billion 4.Neil Bluhm 4.0 billion 5.Joe Mansueto 3.3 billion 6.J.B. Pritzker 3.2 billion 7.Jean (Gigi) Pritzker 3.1 billion 8.Mark Walter 3.1 billion 9.Patrick Ryan 3 billion etc or Maybe he knows people like: Jeff Benzo 131 billion Bill Gates 97 billion or Warren Buffet 82 billion
Let's see: When we win Pauno has a postmatch reaction on the wedsite, but when we lose there isn't one.
He's not quitting. He's getting a pay check, regardless. For him to go away it will take NRod to fire him. #FvckYouNelson
Probably would hear the same-o-bullshit from him, but no postgame press conference again. I wonder if he would just quit? Last year it sounded like he wanted to, but NRod gave him a two deal (with a club option) and probably a raise. It's not like there were teams beating down his door to hire him. #NRodOut
If only. How is that? I read a lot that we all wanted him to quit. I do not believe that I read anything that indicated he "wanted to" quit. If this true, and he wanted to quit, why the hell would Rodriguez do that his "soul mate"? He should have allowed Paunovic to follow his dream to negatively coach somewhere else. He is not a good coach for a top division professional team, but I think the Fire experience has ruined him for another youth coaching stint.
Well, I guess his job is safe this week, since the Fire are not playing. If the Fire fail to make the playoffs, and the odds of them making the playoffs are somewhere between slim and none, they must let him go. Being at or near the bottom of the Conference in three out of four years, with a top-5 payroll must be grounds for firing.
if we got rid of andrew and nelson but had to keep pauno for one more year, i'd be okay with that trade.
Sadly this would be the PERFECT time (of course he should have been gone a long time ago), giving the interim coach two weeks before our next game.

Let us hope that this ties for the NEXT thread to be brought to a quick and dirty end in the very, very near future, particularly on the vary same day we end: https://www.bigsoccer.com/threads/nelson-rodriguez-career-deathwatch.2024931/
During the halftime show of the Portland/Minnesota game Twellman says: Fire needing a WIN and they take out their best attacking player. #PaunoOut
