I get the allure of Nowak but I'd rather not have a coach who hazes players and pretends concussions don't exist.
That's the league side of the story, Nowak denies it. Listen to Jiggly's podcast, Nowak's side of the story.
I'm familiar with his side of the story. Nowak saying that his hazing was okayed with the owners of the Union doesn't make it right to me.
That's not a downside, that's a sideways side. There's literally no reason to keep pawno at this point besides cheapness.
In Hauptmann's skanky world, that's a feature, not a bug. (Not a fkucking penny for you, Hauptmann, you cnut!)
If we lose, Pauno won't be fired If we tie, Pauno's 2021 option will be picked up. If we win, Pauno will be given a life time contract. Oh I haven't seen a game thread. Was the game canceled? or Did we just say fvck it we can't win on the road and forefit the game?
Somehow I think Nelson won't do anything even if we lose the remaining 8 games. We are stuck with him for the rest of the year.
At this point, sacking Pauno wouldn’t make much difference. It seems pretty clear Lolla would be brought in to coach and run soccer ops in 2020. Don’t be surprised if Pauno is still around in some significant role as well.
Ken Lolla, ex-U Of Louisville coach. https://theathletic.com/1113795/201...lla-named-chicago-fire-chief-culture-officer/
Chief Culture Officer for Chicago Fire probably should be someone who is, I don't know, familiar with the Fire's culture. I nominate you or @bunge or @milicz for Fire CCO! Although a chief culture officer for this train wreck is like Trump naming a White House etiquette officer.
Of the three of you(se), I vote for @willydonc, since he brought a human into this world and forced him to be a life long Fire fan. You two (like me) never had THAT kind of dedication.
I also forced him to become an A.C. Milan fan. That hasn't worked out so well the last 10 years either. He plans on following my footsteps to NIU. Hopefully he graduates. Most of the joys he has in his life come from his mother.
