Domination is not having a 52.8% to 47.2% edge in possession.
Domination is not only having 3 shots on target to 8 shots on target against.
Domination is not losing duels 42 to 38.
Domination is having more corners than 2 to 6 against.
Domination is not losing 2 to 0.

  3. N-Rod can't even give Pauno a handler to avoid saying stupid shit like this?

Funny thing is despite the clown car defending there were more than enough good chances that, if they were taken, would have gotten a smash and grab point. The sum of the parts is greater than the whole and that's Pauno's fault. Does anyone know of any player (besides maybe Bronico) that Pauno and his staff has coached up?

    Right on.

I would say the "parts" are much greater than the "whole."
We have five very good to excellent players (Bastian, Gaitain, Katai, Frankowski, Nikolic)
We have four good to very good MLS players (McCarty, Kappelhoff, Sapong, Edwards)

We have the foundation of a very good team, the fact that we can't rise above mediocrity is clearly Paunovic's fault.

No, and likely not even Bronico, since he is marginal at best.
Maybe Mihailovic, but you all who follow the "youts" said he was pretty good already.

His buddy is the GM/President, that explains why he didn't get canned after last years results. He's barely over 1 point a game for his 3+ year coaching career.
    and
We have an owner that doesn't care if we win, tie or lose.

    He must be gone now.

He has done absolutely nothing positive for the Fire in 3 1/2 years.

I go to talk up the club here in central Illinois and keep my mouth shut because these idiots have made selling the team a fools errand.

In a matter of weeks the league will announce a club in St. Louis and 95% of fans in central Il will be all about St. Louis.

Because CFSC is a pointless sh@t show.

Let's hope that the bus left St.Louis without Pauno.

I'd love to here what NRod has to say about this.

Dominate, WILL you PLEASE stop saying that. How many games have WE dominated this year?

“So, we have to fix things. We have some time but it’s definitely not what we want and it’s time for us to also make decisions and move forward.”
First decision is to FIRE your ASS.
Second decision is to FIRE your buddies ASS.
Third decision is for Joe to show Andi the door.

Wondering if I should be watching the U20 world cup final to scout out our next potential coach...?

Really speaks volumes to how talented that Serbian squad was to have won something with Pauno as coach

Even if we had Loi de Nivôse an II in America, so I'm not sure you'd entitled to anything.

Who's everybody's preferred replacement? Ideally I want to see a guy that actually knows how to use our midfield.

They have people to "vouch" for them and scout on Twitter.
Sadly, that is better than Paunovic (and Rodriguez).

...by the way, you win the day.

Preferred replacement? Anyone who can create fog on the glass and have a reflection in the mirror. Otherwise, it could be time Ratzo gets a chance in the big chair.

I put this in the wrong thread, here goes:
As Poland's legendary coach Kazimierz Górski once said "a coach who is lucky is worth more than a better coach who does not have luck." He also said "if something happens once it is luck, if it happens more than once you can no longer call it luck." That is the attitude that needs to be taken, if a team is continuously "unlucky" you know luck has nothing to do with it.
