What's the best vanity plates that you've seen so far. - 4U2NV - UR2SLO (on a corvette) - IMLOST (NJ plates. senior citizen driving)
There are no such things in France where you have to take what the authorities give you. It can be embarrassing since I saw guys with : ### ASS ##, well, you can consider that it's not that important since it's not in the local language yet there is also : ### ANE ## where 'ane' means donkey ; thankfully, I avoided those... OTOH, I saw a guy with a Nissan 300 ZX having a 300 ZX ## plate. For long, I've thought the person outta know someone in the administration but as I'm typing that, I simply realise that it must be a completely false one...There should be 4 figures before the letters in this case ( 1234 ZX 56 ) ! And if I know that, the average cop should also !
For the one weird guy somewhere in the world who might be interested by that...I was completely wrong ! 300 ZX ## is possible ! So, someone has been corrupted in the administration !
H-SV 1896 (In Germany we as well have a structure for license plates, making it harder to get really funny things. First one, two or three letters for the city or region the person comes from, then two more letters and than between one and 4 numbers. But things like S-EX or SE - XY are possible of course.
Many years ago in NH I saw a hot blonde in a jeep with the plate UWANNA By the time I did a u-turn to follow her she was gone.
If I get my dad's truck one day or one of my own if I get a truck.....Hemi or some crazy thing maybe ih8scsrs.
yes, the first number goes up to four digeits but they start at... maybe one digit though that would be VERY rare... but once i saw a 13 GG 13 (didn't notice the letters. btw they went by ANE in the 69 about a month ago, and i saw APE the other day, which works in both english and italian. S-EX i've seen, in fact it was S-EX 666 and it was on a black 8 series. i'll bet germans do like in england where interesting plates are sold in the classifieds. in the states vanity plates have been SO overdone... but i remember back when they started, the censors let a real peach slip by: FK NXN...
Best one I've ever seen was: 1M53XY It might not have been intentional, either. The previous generations of Ohio plates had a combination of 6 various letters and numbers, and it could have just been a hilarious coincidence that it came out spelling that.
My 14 months old son got his first Vanity plates. I'm on the process of getting him a new one, since I just read that it's not safe to have his name out in public. He don't know how to undo his seatbelt yet, so I'm not worried yet (and his seat belt is a pain to undo). His new plates is going to be 'TROUBLE'.
not safe to have his name out in public??? what? you think lizardmen from the lost continent of atlantis are going to steal his brain waves? just cover his stroller helmet in aluminium foil, he'll be alright! sorry, i don't mean to be agressive towards you, just towards the growing paranoic tendancy to see danger in everything, always and everywhere.
Honestly Id have to agree There's nothing wrong with having his name on the stroller. Plus he will grow out of the stroller in no time. Just my 02. cents
You don't need to say sorry. The actual company who makes them has some kind of warning telling us some safety concern. The safety warning are for the walkers who has the ability to walk away from the stroller if a stranger called his/her name. The company strongly advise the buyer to remove it and move it to his/her bedroom door I wasn't really concern until I read their warning Well, I don't see danger in everything. There are other parents that overprotective, but one of my greatest fears as a mom is for my son to get abducted.
La liga read my reply ^ above about the safety concern I don't think my son will grow out of the stroller anytime soon. He's only 14 months old. I am also a SAHM, and we are always out (mall, park, . . . ) He takes nap on his stroller.
