So far it looks like the U is off to a great season. They have so many players back from a 11-7 year and are ranked 23rd in SA. The Portland win was very impressive, any Portland fan that thinks it was a fluke because Sinclare wasn't there is just looking for an excuse. The tie to Northwestern sucked but both teams played hard defence. Which brings me to todays Kentucky game the Utes won 2-1 in OT. It was a rain soaked classic, Junior Missy Dennis was a total sniper beating the keeper twice with great shots. Coach Rich Manning comming from Santa Clara looks like the guy who can make Utah a consistent top 20 type of team. Hopefully they can get some of the type of players he coached in Santa Clara. Then we can complain about losing because players were on National team duty.
