Sounds like it. IIRC, we played Mexico as our send-off match before the last WC, but there was a closed door scrimmage against Norway during the pre-WC training camp in Europe. So we might have a scrimmage against another WC team after the Mexico game.
Well if can get by the absurdity of playing them twice right before CONCACAF this is nothing. They probably should have looked to the far east. They will likely getting here early to help with the time change. South Korea or New Zealand might have worked out. Anyone but Australia (group D) and probably not Japan. And on that note I see England and France cancelled their friendly because of the same WC grouping.
