I hear Attila is a hell of a striker.

But he tends to draw an excessive number of red cards, and red most everything else. ;) The Roman band is superior, particularly the fiddle section.

Ah, Taosjohn went over the top, but in general is a good, well-informed, well-intentioned, and relatively open-minded poster. That's as compared to a couple of posters with numbers at the ends of their monikers, who are nearly none of those things and reminded me that it's now my own turn to use my ignore function so I don't have to scroll past their posts.

There are about 7 posters in this thread. Is the passive aggressive stuff really necessary after a couple of posters with numbers at the end of their monikers have made good, well-informed, well-intentioned posts?

That's why this thread makes little sense to me. taos is on my ignore list so I have no idea what people were talking about.

No, that's why I haven't put any of those posters on my ignore list.

LOL... cpthomas is just mad because (like Taos) I also busted him just last week for making up "facts".

Maybe we should all post something positive...

New Zealand looked worse than they have recently. That is becoming a general theme for teams that have played us lately. Australia put 3 goals in on us, but I've never seen them look so bad. Belgium was completely dysfunctional.

You didn't bust me. In so many words, you told me to "Shut up." You may be intelligent, and you may have something to say, but your posts don't show it. (Plus I've had relatives visiting me for a week and I'm not in a good mood.:))

To Kevin 625--perhaps you're right about Ellis. Perhaps you're wrong. I'm certain you won't care about my views, but I find your tirades tiresome and offensive.

I've never put anybody on ignore. And I don't envision doing so. .

As someone said the only two things that will go away if you ignore them are snow and adolescence.
