Maybe US Soccer should mandate that the players learn the words to the anthem as well.....

Gregg would argue that Honduras played well because they maintained better possession of the ball

I would have liked to see each of our players score, but hey I'll take what we got.

I know it's a shock but people live outside of the eastern time zone. It's. nice to watch something in he evening for a change.

Honduras had a few to many good opportunities to score, just wasn't on frame.

Would've been 7 if we naturalized Kei.

As much crap as we give Bradley he is way better than Trapp. He isn't as good as he once was but does anyone See Trap ever being as good as Bradley was in his prime?

I don't but it would be nice

Trapp will never be better than bradley. Different players too. Bradley is capable of being box to box, trapp isnt from what we've seen. Bradley is more physical and athletic as well.

Case in point, Trapp's shot he completely shanked from outside 18 (holy crap was that just awful). Bradley can shoot from distance and contributes far more in final 3rd.

Man, when he did that... I felt embarrassed. Like... "Can we just pretend we didn't just see that?..." I cringed so hard...

And while Bradley has had a few struggles the last couple of years, calls to bench him are utter nonsense. He ran a central midfield on Friday where he was the only one defending in the center of the field. Bruce's lineup was prepared for a bunker where we'd have a lot of the ball. When the game opened up, Pulisic stayed high in the middle under Jozy/Clint and helped out occasionally, but for the most part Bradley had to handle everything alone and he did a masterful job. That won't work in Panama, but he played incredible on Friday. He is the sole reason Pulisic was free to roam around in the attacking midfield with 2 strikers ahead of him.

Brooks is out for the Panama game. Sinusitis infection, according to Kicker.

I will admit, that was fairly scary. Not too different from how someone would act if they were having cardiac issues, or some other non-good internal crisis.

Good to hear that it was dehydration and/or severe congestion-based loss-of-balance/lightheadedness. Better than the alternatives.

Another issue is he really needs to play deeper where Arena played him on Friday. Issue is he has been played more as an attacking CM. That hasn't help.

Saw a few tweets, that basically said... Interesting the result when people play their best position. That was surely in part reference to JK playing Bradley in an AM role.

I did not happen to see that part of the game--too late for me and I was only able to watch the first half on the replay the next morning. Thanks for the update. Does sound pretty scary.
