No because he said it was a good ball from Miazga...it was not. Hard on the the floor is a great pass. Line drive off the turf is a bad pass.

This double height sports ticker is effing annoying. Especially when the cameramen/producer have no idea its even there.

Trapp is very obviously gonna be that guy who is inexplicably going to get like 40 caps in the Qatar cycle.

That was a real nice pass from Miazga to start that build up for us.

So far I think our CDs have done well

Funny how teams prep for the World Cup playing along perceived ethnic lines: France preps for the Aussies playing us, Mexico preps for Sweden playing Denmark (and Denmark for Peru playing Mexico), Sweden prepares for Mexico playing Peru (and Peru for Denmark playing Sweden) and so on.

In reality, we play nothing like the Aussies, the Danes don't play like the Swedes, and the Peruvians don't play like the Mexicans. But it's enough that they sort of look alike in our minds to prep against them. Ha.

It was good and hard and any professional player should be able to handle it. It wasn't blasted at him from 2 yards - he had 20 yards to judge that ball and get control of it. There's no excuse other than McKennie had a bad touch, and I'm sure he'd be the first to admit that.

I mean, at least we got an assistant coach out of wasting a pre-WC game with Azerbaijan.

I’ll take the under. At least in the 1st 80 minutes

So far this seems like one of those games that Klinsmann wins in the 89th minute with a 6th sub

France has been wasteful and if I were a fan I wouldn't be happy with their play in the final tune up game. They need to sharpen up.

Yea not entirely a fan of the 9 defensive minded players and Bobby Wood & Julien Green formation

I could watch and come to the conclusion that our kids aren’t as good as a World Cup favorite

More fun to pick out who is doing wlll. So far that’s mostly Parker and McKinnie

He's a slightly above average MLS defensive midfielder at best.

Miazga to. I don't know that poor Julien Green has even touched the ball yet

Not letting you get away with it. It was a bad pass. Weight of the pass is always key and the weight was terrible. Line drive knuckly ball is not a good pass.

No one is arguing it was a heavy touch but it was not a good pass.

Without that Miazga deflection, that Mbappé shot is probably in the back of the net.
