Attempts at humor aside, stunning this isn't even a foul, let alone a Red Card: http://thebiglead.com/2016/10/07/jurgen-klinsmann-screams-at-official-are-you-f-ing-blind/
Concacf officiating outside the main big countries is sketchy at best. He simply didn't see or have the angle but it's disappointing his crew couldn't bail him out. Definitely 100% SFP-endangering the safety of an opponent. As far as managing the technical area and JK behavior. I think it borders on the irresponsible side. At the professional/international level there is a certain bit of leeway they are given. Granted that language at the youth or amateur should not be tolerated. My biggest issue is how do you begin to argue with someone (team coach/manager/assistant) when they are absolutely 100% right?
The yellow card in the 7th minute looked pretty damn red, too. I know, I know, it's a friendly... Sent from my 2PS64 using Tapatalk
I think this is why the behavior was tolerated, no matter the level of incompetence shown, the CR had to have known, once he saw blood coming from the US Player, that he'd royally screwed up. At that point all you can do is either a) let Klinsmann say his peace or b) pour gas on the fire by dismissing him.
