I'm not that surprised with Bunbury not included.

I am surprised that Adu is included. He has played better lately, though

Good to see Rimando and Wondo get a chance.

On another note, this is gonna mess my MFLS team bad. Not that it wasn't already.

Bunbury was not a lock. Bedoya was not a lock. Mix was not a lock. Guzan was not a lock.

Chandler was the only lock, and an explanation is needed.

rimando is 3rd keeper and actually wont go with the USMNT unless injuries or something else forces him to join.

What is Rogers doing on this squad?

    Surprised no Bedoya or Chandler.

Chandler missing must have a story behind it. It doesn't make sense.

    Rogers is the total head-scratcher.

I'm surprised by Adu, but pleased for him.

Only 3 true forwards in Altidore, Agudelo and Wondolowski. I'm indifferent to Wondo. Does this mean Dempsey moves up top full time, as has so often been debated on BS? Or is Adu the 4th forward?

MLS keeper as 3d string makes some sense, as Rimando can keep playing for club and just come in if needed.

    General comments:

    1) On defense, looks like DeMerit was too much of a health risk at this point. I guess Gooch was not.

    2) Midfield--Main surprise is Rogers over Bedoya. This one really baffles me.

3)Mix got squeezed out by Adu and Kljestan. I thought only one or two of these three would make it.

    4) Wondo over Bunbury is a mild surprise. Gomez was could have been an alternative also based on late form, but was edged out.

    5) The mega surprise is Chandler's absense. And Bornstein's inclusion is fairly surprising as well.

you're usual reaction. The stupid that is. As predictable as snow in the winter.

That said, are all the tickets for the US games sold? Because that is the only way Robbie Rogers should be in attendance for a US Nats match. So done with him.

Guzan is a lock. The only reason why he isn't there is because of his wedding. This line-up makes very little sense. Who will be our starting XI? Why no Chandler? He looked like our future RB/RM. Does Bob consider Dempsey a striker now because only brining 3 strikers is not a good idea. Freddy Adu and Robbie Rogers included why? How come we only have 3 CBs especially with Onyewu's injury troubles and Ream's inexperience? I need answers here.

    Being showcased, I presume.

Considering that, on merit, half a dozen guys who should be on this list aren't and vice versa, I am amazed that some people don't question the Big Boob more.

I guess some are eager to be a toady.

    I am not.

The roster release was delayed due to a last minute change. That has to be Chandler. I really want to know the reason though.

Edit: Germany has a friendly in 6 days. I hope he's not being added to that roster.

The first part doesn't (look at Agudelo), the second would seem reasonable though.

He can, yes. He needs to appear for us in an official competition (like the Gold Cup) to be locked in to USA.
